What I’ve been reading, watching, making, and otherwise doing for the past month!
In July, I got in a little extra reading time as we weathered Hurricane Beryl (albeit by candlelight). I also made a bit more progress on my family history project and newsletter.
As a reminder, only monthly wrap-up posts are currently open to comments. ALL posts are currently open to comments.

Have something to say? Monthly wrap-up posts are open to comments!
It looks like you had a great July despite the interruption from Beryl. I’m glad you took advantage and got some reading in while she visited.
I read THE JOY LUCK CLUB a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I thought parts of it were boring, but I loved most of the stories.
I hope you have a great August!
Thank you! Yes, we were lucky not to have anything more than minor damage from that storm. Only 105 days left of hurricane season to get through, haha.
